What many are asking themselves is: apart from serving his prison sentence, is Joe Giudice facing marriage wrangles with Teresa as well?

In October, Teresa & Joe Guidice will be celebrating their eighteenth anniversary. However, according to an inside source, “Their marriage might be over!” Us Weekly reports.

Teresa is allegedly said to have now adapted and “love her independent life.” She’s now used to living quite a free life as her husband serves his prison sentence.

And as proof that she can survive on her own, Teresa has been helping her daughters: 16-year-old Gia, Gabriella, 12, 11-years-old Milania, and Audriana, 7, to live happily despite having their dad incarcerated.

“Teresa always keeps [them] busy, so they are distracted from the thoughts of missing their father,” the insider explained. “They have now adjusted to living their lives without Dad’s presence in the house.”

However Teresa, through her attorney is shutting down all these rumors.  The lawyer told ‘Gossip Cop,’ that:

“The story revolving around about my client’s relationship with Mr. Joe is 1,000 percent lies. Joe and Teresa aren’t getting divorced at all. Over the past 8-years, we have experienced similar stories being written dozens of times, but they have not all been right. Therefore [this] one is no different.”

“Real Housewives of New Jersey” reality star and famous prisoner Teresa Giudice  spoke with AJ Calloway of “Extra” in NYC’s H&M Studio. After she and her four daughters’ exciting summer together, she opened up about living life without her husband Joe at home. According to the RHONJ star, she and Joe are not currently getting along.

Last year, Teresa decided to share to the public, how living without Joe has been. She told ‘Extra’ that her kids had been the ones putting a smile on her face ever since Joy went behind bars.

“They really keep me happy, but still I cannot wait to see Joe back home. It is hard though. We’re just doing our best to, get through it each day.” Teresa said adding. “We feel that our family is incomplete.”

Famous prisoners Joe and Teresa Guidice were sentenced back in the year 2014 to 41-months and 15-month in prison, respectively, for:

  • Wire fraud
  • Mail fraud
  • Bankruptcy fraud

The verdict came after the couple had been indicted in 2013, for hiding the wealth in a “bankruptcy filing.”

Joe entered New Jersey’s Fort Dix Federal Correctional Institution to serve his sentence. And Teresa joined the Connecticut’s Danbury Federal Correctional Institution where she was released after competing for her 11 months sentence successfully.

Judge Esther Salas, who presided over the Giudices’ case at the Newark-based U.S. District Court, said that the Giudices failed to present to the court the probation reports fillings. The report was expected to enlist their assets and financial information of property totaling to $75,000.

“You were required to disclose your financial assets entirely. But your lack of transparency is what has offended the court,” Salas told Teresa during the ruling.

Famous Prisoner Joe Guidice had also been accused of “failure to file the tax returns” between years 2004 and 2008.

Facing possible deportation risks after his sentence is complete, the Italy native is stressed of separating from his family.

The insider reveals that Joe tries to reduce the stress by playing cards with the friends, working out occasionally and, gambling in prison.
