Newsweek reports that on May 26, 2017, rap star Gucci Mane became a free man again after spending 743 days in prison. Now back home in Atlanta, the rapper whose birth name is Radric Davis, has not missed a beat.

Billboard says that Gucci Mane is “unstoppable.” He’s been out of prison for only about 15 months. Since then, he’s been consistent when it comes to publishing new music.

Famous Prisoner: Gucci Mane’s “First Day Out the Feds”

The Atlanta-born rapper even rolled out the new Hip Hop hit First Day Out the Feds. This Mike WiLL Made-It production was released just one day after Gucci Mane was released from prison.

Within his 15 months of newfound freedom, the Atlanta rapper has been moving at lightning speed. The 37-year-old trap music king is also known to his fans as “Guwop.” Thursday, he announced the upcoming release of his new album.

It will be entitled Mr. Davis, named after his real name, Radric Davis. This album marks his 3rd studio album in just the 15 months since he’s been out of prison. It’s his 11th overall.

The latest single from Mr. Davis will be I Get The Bag. Critics expect it to be a major hit, since it features the Lawrenceville, Georgia Hip Hop trio Migos.

The Mr. Davis project will be the Hip Hop artist’s third studio album. It’s a compilation of singles previously released. Fans can enjoy multiple collaborations featuring major R&B and Hip Hip stars as:

When Davis was released from prison just 15 months ago, he didn’t even sit still for one day. He was right back in the studio immediately, putting his musical dreams to work.

Since his prison release, Gucci Mane has appeared on other rappers’ singles, such as Rae Sremmurd and Big Sean. He also headlined his own concert, given as a welcome-home tribute to the rapper. Some other performers there included Future, Drake and 2 Chains.

Gucci Mane… More Than Just a Rapper

Mr. Davis has been working on much more than just music since returning home to Atlanta after doing time in federal prison, according to News Week. He first became famous after releasing the successful hit album Trap House.

Now, he and his fiance, Keyshia Ka’oir, are filming their own reality TV show. As a past prison girlfriend, many prison wives and fiances can relate to her story.

TMZ reports say that BET paid Radric Davis and Keyshia Ka’oir $1 million to do the reality TV special. The show will document the days leading up to their Miami wedding on October 17.

The Unstoppable Rapper has other projects going on as well. He’s also set to release his first book on September 19. It will be entitled The Autobiography of Gucci Mane, which is scheduled for release on September 15, just a few days after Mr. Davis hits the air.
